Landing his first job during high school, Cam’s hospitality career started over 18 years ago, and in 2019 we were so excited to welcome him to our team as one of our WA Restaurant Managers. Since then, Cam’s journey with Grill’d has seen his leadership soar, transitioning to Growth Coach (Area Manager) and now Joint Venture Partner of our first WA drive-thru in Wanneroo.

“What I love most about working at Grill’d is the opportunities it provides for our team and leaders; it’s outstanding. From your first day learning the ropes of hospitality to your fifth year as a Manager, Grill’d continues to offer new ways to learn, grow, and achieve.

“As I take on WA’s flagship drive-thru, I’m excited to nail the experience for our guests, and be the best example for our aspiring teams and leaders.

When it comes to Cam’s favourite station in restaurant, he loves being in the heart of the kitchen alongside the team.

“My favourite station is Chips. I’m definitely the undisputed chip champion for WA.

All taste and no regrets, Cam’s Grill’d go-to burger is a classic with a twist.

“It’s a Crispy Bacon and Cheese on Traditional, no lettuce and sub relish for chipotle.”
