Starting her hospitality career in fast food, Efthemia’s innate drive and interest in business operations quickly saw her take on multiple leadership roles. Our burgers, good vibes, and endless opportunities won Efthemia over, and it’s been flippin’ awesome to see her journey since.
“I joined Grill’d to continue my learning and development in a progressive environment that has opportunities to grow and expand my knowledge in the business management field,” shares Efthemia.
“I started at Karingal, moved to Hawthorn, helped Fountain Gate over the school holiday period, moved to Tunstall Square to continue my growth for two months before opening our new Drive-Thru at Marriott Waters!
When it comes to what inspires Efthemia, it’s all about the people around her.
“Our Local Matters program lets us give back to the community that supports us, shaping our restaurant into a home. But the thing I love most about Grill’d is the people. I’ve met such supportive and encouraging Managers and team members, who make me want to come into work every day and smash goals.
