Starting her hospitality career in fast food, Rilie loved the fast-paced environment but craved more moments that matter with her guests. After joining our team four months ago, we’re so excited to see her join the leadership team of our new South Geelong restaurant.

“What appealed to me about Grill’d was that I could experience the best of both worlds, working somewhere with a heavy focus on customer experience and human-to-human interaction is important to me. Here I get to do that whilst also keeping my hands and mind busy in a speedy servery.

“I’ve been working at Grill’d for four months now, and it has been the quickest, busiest and most enjoyable four months of my career!

When it comes to what Rilie loves most about working at Grill’d, it all comes down to working alongside like-minded legends.

“My favourite part of working at Grill’d is that I now have friends all over the country. I was part of a SWAT team for the Wanneroo drive thru, and through that experience, as well as getting to onboard at Altona North, I now have friends all the way from Melbourne to Perth, to Queensland and Darwin! We have a beautiful community within this company, and I’m very grateful to be a part of that.

With the local community so close to her heart, when Rilie’s hosting she loves speaking to her guests about the community groups on their Local Matters Jars.
