Following an extensive career across all areas of hospitality, our healthy burgers, high-energy team and epic vibes won Adrian over, and we’re so excited to see him lead our new Swanston Street restaurant as Venue Manager.

“I love Grill’ds customers. I’ve worked everywhere in hospitality, but nowhere has the customers, and that interaction that you get with customers, like Grill’d does.

“I’m excited about building this team we’ve got coming into Swanston Street. There’s going to be alot of fresh faces to the brand, and helping people grow and nurture talent around me is something I’m very passionate about.

When it comes to what our Local Matters program means to him, Adrian shared the invaluable impact it has on an individual level, just as much as in the community we serve.

“Local Matters is a chance to be part of something bigger. We’re a restaurant in an area that serves healthy and delicious food, but this brings us together with the community. We get to go out there and perform activities and get to know the people.

“It makes going to work feel more like going to home, rather than going to a job.

“It’s a Crispy Bacon and Cheese on Traditional, subbing out the herbed mayo and adding in Dijon mustard.”
