Following the launch of our new Oscar Piastri Chicken Burger, our superstar Nutritionist, Alex took 5 with our team to talk through the nutritional benefits of our two Oscar Piastri burgers.
Built for performance, both Oscar Piastri burgers are high in protein and low in sugar, without compromising on taste. With so much social talk about protein and muscles, Alex highlights that protein benefits the whole body.
“While protein is often associated with building muscle, it’s important to know that it also plays an important role across so many other systems in our bodies. Protein keeps us fuller for longer, stabilises energy and metabolism, maintains muscle through aging, and supports our immune function.
When it comes to nutrition, the key difference between the two burgers is in the patty.
“The main nutritional difference between the two Oscar Piastri burgers is that the chicken burger has a higher and leaner protein option compared to the Wagyu.
“If you’re very active and you’re looking to build muscle, then I’d go with the Oscar Piastri Chicken Burger. However, if you have low iron levels or are simply looking to increase your iron intake, then I’d recommend the Wagyu.
