Managers help keep the restaurant running smoothly, ensuring stock is ordered, customers are happy and the team is running well. As a Grill’d Manager you will be an inspiring leader who will shape local youth and expose them to community involvement.
Your Opportunities
Your leadership career at Grill’d starts with a 4 month onboarding program. You will also have regular meetings with your peers to share experiences and ideas, celebrate your wins and talk about your misses (because we all have them and learning from them is key).
