Over five and a half years ago Elle worked her first shift at Grill’d, and she hasn’t looked back since, continuing to work her way up to now becoming one of our first Venue Managers.
“Looking back over the years, there have been plenty of career highlights, but if I had to name a few they would be breaking the sales record this summer, opening our first restaurant in Tasmania, and a really personal one is training one of my good friends so she could progress from Team Member to Restaurant Manager.
Every day, Elle and her team are making people smile and giving back. When it comes to what she’ll be focusing on in the next three to six months, it’s no surprise it comes back to our unwavering commitment to staying locally connected.
“Defining our local community relationships is my number one key focus, there’s countless opportunities and I’m very excited to see where we can take that.
